The main activity is the development and production of silicon devices among which Silicon Sensors, Microsystems, Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). We also supply microelectronic packaging and testing services. Nowadays, the industrial activity includes production of optical, chemical, and physical sensors, dedicated ASICs, and assembly of very small microsystems. The 80% of the activity is based on the production of custom products, while 20% only is based on standard devices. Besides production devices used by many customers in several applications, Optoi is involved in several R&D projects in collaboration with industrial partners, research institutes and universities.
